    VOLUNTEER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Seven Sisters Festival organiserswould love the help of enthusiastic and friendly volunteers in the areas of:

    •  Gate and Traffic Management
    •  Information Desk
    •  Traffic Management
    •  Cleaning and Grounds Management
    •  Runners ( can do anything)
    •   Set up Crew (2-4 days 8-6pm- can stay overnight on site)
    •   Pack down (2 days Sunday 3pm-8pm /Monday 8am-5pm- can stay overnight on site)

    A CHANGE TO VOLUNTEER SYSTEM

    This year we require volunteers to purchase a $200 Volunteer commitment Ticket.

    This ticket 100% confirms your commitment to the festival and secures your volunteer position.

    After the festival the commitment ticket will either be fully or partly refunded upon completion of your volunteer shifts according to your Volunteer type.

    • Set up/pack up volunteer = 100% refund of $200
    • General volunteer( 12hrs) = 65% refund of $130

    The remaining amount of your ticket goes towards your festival program, insurance, administration and covers your camping fees onsite.

    HOW IT WORKS

    There are 2 levels of volunteer

    General Volunteering – a total of 12hrs, occurs during the festival & volunteer is entitled to a $130 refund post completion of shifts.
    Set up & pack down Volunteering-  is a greater time commitment (approx 18-22hrs), includes meals & a FULL refund (excluding booking fee). Occurs either during the festival set up or pack down period. – you choose your availability. (WE LOVE MONDAY VOLUNTEERS!)

    • SET UP: Monday Feb 26th- Thursday, March 1, 8am-6pm
    • PACK DOWN Sunday 5th – Monday 6th March 4pm-8pm & 8am-5pm
    • Not required to work during the festival.
