  • VOLUNTEER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Seven Sisters Festival organiser’s would love the help of enthusiastic and friendly volunteers in the areas of:

    •   Set up Crew (2-4 days 8-6pm- can stay overnight on site)
    •   Pack down (2 days Sunday 3pm-9pm /Monday 8am-6pm- can stay overnight on site)
    •   Gate and Traffic Management
    •   Information Desk
    •   Communication and Operations
    •   Traffic Management
    •   Cleaning and Grounds Management
    •   Quick Response Team

    HOW IT WORKS

    • There are 2 levels of volunteer contribution.
            1.       21 hours Set Up and Pack Down includes meals during volunteering hours and a free ticket
            2.      12 hour $70 volunteer ticket 3 x 4 hour shifts
      Applications close 20th of December 2016
    • You will be interview by phone and alerted to your shifts between  20th of December and 31st of December to arrange shift times (these cannot be changed at a later date)
    • Once accepted you purchase a free or discounted volunteer ticket online through our ticketing system to confirm your place. This ticket is non-refundable.
    • LATE APPLICATIONS: – will be added to a waiting list. Waiting list applicants won’t be accepted until Feb 26th. You will be notified by phone if needed.
