Traditional Tibetan singing bowls are played on and around the body for a blissful physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual healing. Emma Brindal is inspired by the practices of Deep Ecology, and is passionate about fostering connection and care for the Earth in others. She loves holding women’s circles and workshops which she believes are an important part of healing ourselves and our relationship with Mother Earth.
This workshop includes guided meditation, a soothing sound journey and guided group vocal meditation—all designed to induce deep states of relaxation and a total mind-body-spirit connection. Katie offers a diverse soundscape including native drums, melodic drum, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, medicine drum and her unique multi-layered overtone singing. Come along and raise your vibration with sound meditation.
Katie Underwood is a remedial massage therapist, sound healer, singer, Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher. She believes passionately in the transformative power of sound and meditation for healing. Katie holds regular sound meditations in multiple locations across Melbourne. Private healing sessions are available in Ferntree Gully.
