CREATIVE YOGA FLOW         

Dive deep into a balance of movement, breath and body awareness. Ancient Eastern Wisdom meets Present Day Knowledge.  Each body experiencing in a unique way. Blending Yin Yang Yoga moves and deep holds to quiet the mind. Take a journey into the self.

MELODY JANSZ         

Melody understands yoga as a vehicle to self. Travelling from a young age, she was privileged to be exposed to yoga, inner healing and spiritual practice. Her teaching is reflected of travels to Southeast Asia, her own teachers and life journey via Slow Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness and Dance.

HARP HEALING  

A beautiful experiential meditative  healing experience of live harp music specially designed  for deep inner peace and healing.  

Harp Healing’  can reduce tension, anxiety,  pain, enhances emotional processing and positive imagery as you float in an ocean of music.

CHRISTINE MIDDLETON           

Christine Middleton is a Graduate of the International Harp for Healing Program, Meditation Teacher and  a Therapeutic Harpist across four Melbourne Hospitals. A harpist with a heart for healing, Christine is passionate about the healing power of live harp music. Her mantra is –

“Hear the Music……Feel the Music….Be at Peace”

From self-harm and bulimia to body love and self-acceptance, Katie knows self-esteem, confidence and body image. An accomplished life coach, NLP practitioner and speaker, Katie inspires others to see their greatness, to embrace all of who they are and begin to truly love themselves, inside and out.

YOGIC SOUNDSCAPES          

Meditative yoga session guided by the power of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and medicine drums. This practice is designed to activate and balance the chakras and bring awareness to subtle universal energies.

DEB TOPP AND KYLIE BAYENS         

Deb Topp has been practising various forms of yoga for over 17 years and holds a 500 hour International Yoga Certification. Kylie Bayens is the Creative Director of Arkadia Soundscapes and is currently completing her Professional Diploma in Group Sound Therapy. Together they make MAGIC!

RHYTHM OF THE WOMB      

This is a yoga and drumming experience set to the vibration of the womb, and offers each woman a context for exploring their relationship with this vast energetic centre in a new way.

DJULZ CHAMBERS AND NERINE PORTER    

Djulz Chambers (Soul Circles Drumming) and Nerine Porter (Kia Kaha Yoga) unite in this collaboration, having found an accessible intersection between the traditions of Purna Yoga and West-African-based drumming that allows for self-discovery and a joyful celebration of the body’s wisdom.

FEMININE EMBODYMENT    

The call of the wild embodied feminine is here. We offer ritual, prayer, movement, connection with compassionate communication and touch to ground you back into the vast and cosmic intelligence of your body, your being. This is a celebration of body.

SARAH MILLER AND SONIA STOCCO          

Sarah has facilitated dance and movement classes for over ten years. She is an earth keeper, shamanka and storyteller. Sonia is a Compassionate Communication facilitator and a massage therapist with over 20 years’ experience. They love co-creating safe and sacred space for transformation.

Come, Sweet Sister, open your voice and let us sing together. Sacred and Shamanic chants that open our hearts and bring us joy, songs that awaken our wombs and rekindle our ancient knowing. Chants that sing away shame and pain and open us to LOVE.

KAGGI VALENTINE AND SH’ANA SHEAN    

Kaggi Valentine and Sh’ana Shean  have been working as Women’s Mysteries teachers for 20 years. Together they weave a fusion of Earth Medicine and Temple practices. They offer Womb Dreaming Retreats, Women’s Chant Sessions and, for 14 years, have held the 13 Moons Blood Mystery circles.

RED ELEPHANT DREAMING  

Held as an interactive journey merging sound, channelled chants and guided meditation, we travel into the jungle with the ancient elephants to gain strength from their wisdom and create new pathways into the future.

Kaisha is a psychic medium, sound creator and lead singer of the band KAISHA. She has been creating and performing music for the last 20 years. She has great passion for the sacred feminine, and through her work she explores sound in a deep multidimensional way.

SOUND HEALING WITH TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS

Traditional Tibetan singing bowls are played on and around the body for a blissful physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual healing. Releasing polyphonic notes, tones, vibrations and frequencies they recalibrate chakras, realign subtle bodies, dissolve blockages, embed intentions and soothe stress.
