Seven Sisters Festival (“Festival”) is presented by Seven Sisters Festival Pty Ltd (ABN 731 354 577 848) (“Promoter”).

Tickets and stall or contributor fees are sold on the express condition that the holder is bound by the rules and regulations issued by the festival Promoter – you will follow the reasonable directions of Festival staff as required.

A change in personal circumstances of the Ticket or stall holder does not entitle the holder to a refund or exchange of the ticket. Tickets only provide access to areas as indicated by signage at the event. The Promoter reserves the right to change the festival line-up or venue without prior notification. No refunds will be available in the event of a change of line-up, relocation, or poor weather. Refunds are available if the event is cancelled entirely. Only the festival value of the ticket or stall fee (not booking fees, electrical, insurance, personal expense or travel that customers have incurred to get to the event) will be refunded.

The Promoter is not liable for any damage, compensation, loss or expenses as a result of the event being cancelled, postponed, relocated or changed for whatever reason.

Volunteer/ Healer & Reader Commitment Ticket Agreement Process

  • All Volunteers, Healers & Readers are offered the opportunity of committing to being involved without having to prepay a full ticket fee and then undergo a refund. All Volunteers, Healers & Readers agree when securing their ticket that they will be back charged on their credit card if they do not fulfil their shifts the price of a full fee ticker $329 + $100 admin fee.

Presenter Ticket Agreement Process: Once a presenter has agreed to be involved and secured a ticket, no refunds will be issued. The ticket fee will cover the costs of cancellation and the subsequent involvement of administration staff, marketing staff, web admin staff, graphic design staff and talent management staff to amend timetable and marketing material.

Assistants will be refunded their ticket if their Presenter cancels.

Our position is one of full participation in what is a large, public event. We recognise the diversity of our community and will be working within a framework of affirmative action and self-determination.

Conditions of the Seven Sisters site can vary due to unforeseeable weather. Conditions of the site can compromise access to women of diverse abilities. Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited.

Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display and under no circumstances to be used to promote other businesses without written permission. By purchasing tickets and attending the event patrons offer consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event organiser and partners. If individuals wish not to be recognised by film or camera it is the individual’s responsibility to leave details at the information tent and a photo will be taken of specified individuals to identify patrons for our records. Footage of these individuals will then not be used.

Community standards of behaviour are expected and persons deemed to be behaving in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable to Management will be refused admission and/or removed from the premises.

As guests on the premises of Scouts Victoria we are asked to adhere to their “no full nudity” policy. Unclothed guests will be requested to dress and if persistent in their behaviour, they will be escorted offsite.

Patrons must observe the specified arrival and departure times from the site as provided by The Promoter. Check online closer to the event date for these details. Patrons must remain within the event perimeter. Persons found inside the event boundaries without a wristband will be considered Trespassers and subject to prosecution. Official wristbands are to be worn at all times. Patrons without a wristband will be escorted off-site.

The following items are prohibited on the event grounds: No illegal, dangerous or menacing items. No pyrotechnics, firecrackers, sparklers or flares. No dogs or pets (guide dogs only excepted). Footwear must be worn at all times on the site.

The Promoter cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the bins provided around the venue. Be waste and water wise – thank you.

Purchase of ticket and/or entrance to the Seven Sisters Festival indicates acceptance of the following warning and waiver of liability: The property you are about to enter is a provider of recreational services and activities. You are further warned and advised that Seven Sisters Festival and/or the land it is staged on is an inherently dangerous place that may contain all manner of obstacles, risks and dangers, both known and unknown, natural and man-made which may result in loss or damage to your property, personal injury or even death. Knowing this to be the case, if you choose to come onto this property you do so at your own risk, waiving and foregoing any rights to make any claims for losses and injuries.
