Seven Sisters Festival is a three day festival held, to be held at our new site, in beautiful Seymour Region, Victoria.

Apart from the hundreds of workshops focused on health and wellbeing, we offer a wide range of performance and entertainment, art, healing, divination readings, market and food stalls.

We are always looking for experienced and enthusiastic women to join our team, contribute and get involved in making Seven Sisters Festival possible.

We have a core crew of experienced event professionals and an extended team of high level volunteers involved in smaller roles.

Over the years we have evolved and are continually improving to make working at Seven Sisters the most awesome experience possible.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT: (PAID) Works in the site office, manages internal communications, radio allocations, servicing crew during event, and inventory, buggy allocation and or site transfers if needed, logging of onsite incidents, information and procedural changes. Etc

SITE WARDENS (PAID) works mainly four days over the event.Works under site manager and walks around and supervises their allocated district for safety and fire risks and general hazards. As well as directs traffic flow and assists guests with camping, parking and answering questions. Must have either fire warden or First Aid level 2 training.

GATE MANAGERS: (PAID) Must have festival experience.  Manages ticket scanning, booklet distribution, and assists smooth management of traffic through one of our 3 main gates. Wed-Sunday over the Festival

FIRST AID OFFICER: ( PAID) works half the festival at the First Aid booth and administers first aid to guests and patrons. Must be first aid level 2 trained or above.

GREEN TEAM LEADERS: (PAID) Drives around on buggy with volunteers- ensures bins are emptied, grounds and toilets are clean and well stocked with provisions.) – (Works Wed 5pm-Monday 5pm) – food provided and works half the festival and full day Monday pack

SITE CREW: ( PAID) Role involves assisting the Site manager set up the campgrounds with road signage, safety taping in addition to troubleshooting various other site management tasks. 

TALENT MANAGER: Be an onsite support to our Talent managers who supervise the program  areas for workshops, performance, healing haven, art and volunteers.



COUNSELLORS:  Receive a Ticket + per hour payment if more than 5 hours are required).

Counsellors are free to enjoy the festival but are on call if required to support staff or guests.

Quiet counselling space provided.

SPACE GUARDIAN: (High – level volunteer role 9 – 12 hrs ) required (Thurs – Sunday) to assist presenters and helps co-ordinate running of workshop spaces and takes note of feedback. Works part of the festival–enjoys half the festival. Welcome to partake in all workshops they assist in.

STAGE MANAGERS: ( High – level volunteer role 6-8 hrs) required ( Friday – Sunday) – Meet and greet Performers and ensure performers arrive and run to time. Assist change overs. Works 1-2 shifts

DECOR TEAM: Be part of the Decor Team work 15 hours over 2 days pre-festival ( Monday- Thursday midday) setting up decor for grounds, workshop spaces and bathrooms.  Food and accommodation provided.

PHOTOGRAPHERS: come partake in the festival, capture the magic and provide 50 high resolution photos and 2 testimonial videos via ‘dropbox’ or ‘we-transfer’ within 2 weeks of the festivals conclusion. Photography brief will be provided.
