What if I can't come - can I give or sell my ticket to someone else? What about name changes?
Yes, you can give or sell your ticket to another person.
If you wish to sell your ticket, you can do so at our ticket resale platform tixel.com which coordinates name changes for you.
Can I share my ticket with multiple people over the weekend?
No, a ticket is for one person only. One-day tickets can be purchased for Saturday and Sunday
Where can I sell my ticket if I need to or where can I find one if I miss out?

Tell me about payment plans?

Available between April 13th & Sep 13th.

Payments are deducted monthly on the 20th of every month, ending on Oct 20th.

You can pay your tickets off over 6 months

The earlier you purchase your ticket, the smaller the monthly repayments & the longer you have to pay off your ticket.

Are only applicable to general tickets & glamping & not to car or power passes
Example of payment plan: If someone enrolls on April 14th, they will have an initial payment on April 14th and then 6 remaining payments split evenly. The first is on the day of purchase, April 14th, and then the 6 monthly payments left on the plan. These will be deducted on the 20th of each month ( 20th of April, 20th May, 20th June, 20th July, 20th Aug, 20th Sep)
YOU MUST SELECT PAYMENT PLAN AT CHECKOUT - otherwise, it will be processed at the full fee.
Payment plan tickets are only sent once all payments are complete.
Payment Plans T&C's:
By choosing this payment plan, you agree to pay all future installments in accordance with the dates discussed. Payments cannot be taken outside of the nominated payment dates. Tickets will not be issued until the full balance has been paid. Payment plans are for the entire order and changes to your order cannot take place until the full balance has been paid. In the event that a payment has failed, the system will attempt to debit your card on the next payment date. If you would like to cancel your payment plan, the entire order will be voided and all past payments will be forfeited.
